(a) The terms used in this joint resolution shall have the meanings ascribed to them by the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 [this chapter] and by the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Act of 1978 [22 U.S.C. 3201 et seq.].
“(b) The term ‘low-enriched uranium’ means uranium enriched to less than 20 per centum in the isotope 235.”
