The heat and light necessary for the authorized quarters of members of the Air Force and members of the Space Force shall be furnished at the expense of the United States. The word “members” is substituted for the words “officers and enlisted men”. The words “under such regulations as the Secretary of the Army may prescribe” are omitted, since the Secretary has inherent authority to issue regulations appropriate to exercising his statutory functions.
