In this Act, the term “Secretaries” means each of—(1) the Secretary of Agriculture, acting through the Chief of the Forest Service; and (2) the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Director of the Bureau of Land Management. L. 92–300, May 18, 1972, 86 Stat. 147, was classified to section 558c of this title, prior to the general amendment of the Volunteers in the National Forests Act of 1972 by Pub. L. 118–234.
