Sections, act Oct. 26, 1951, ch. 575, title I, §§ 101–105, 65 Stat. 645; H. Res. 163, Mar. 19, 1975, were superseded, effective October 1, 1979, by former section 4619(e) of Title 50, War and National Defense.
