No provision of the Trade Sanctions Reform and Export Enhancement Act of 2000 (title IX of Public Law 106–387) [22 U.S.C. § 7201 et seq.] shall be construed to limit or otherwise affect section 2339A or 2339B of title 18. (Pub. L. 107–56, title VIII, § 807, Oct. 26, 2001, 115 Stat. 378.)
