A, title I, § 101(d) [title III, § 330], Sept. 30, 1996, 110 Stat. 3009–181, 3009–227, which related to applicability of Rhode Island law and treatment of settlement lands under the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
