The Office of Federal Procurement Policy, established under section 1101(a) of title 41, is an office in the Office of Management and Budget. (Added Pub. L. 97–452, § 1(1)(A), Jan. 12, 1983, 96 Stat. 2467, § 504; renumbered § 506, Pub. L. 101–576, title II, § 202(a), Nov. 15, 1990, 104 Stat. 2839; amended Pub.
