The Benton Harbor Canal at and above the west line of Ninth Street, in the city of Benton Harbor and State of Michigan, is declared to be not a navigable water of the United States within the meaning of the Constitution and laws of the United States. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this section is expressly reserved. (June 2, 1937, ch. 288, §§ 1, 3, 50 Stat. 243.) Editorial Notes References in TextThis section, referred to in text, was in the original “this Act”, meaning act June 2, 1937, ch. 288, 50 Stat. 243, sections 1 and 3 of which are classified to this section.
