The Administrator may receive surplus Federal property (including facilities) and may lease such property to States and units of general local government for use in or as facilities for juvenile offenders, or for use in or as facilities for delinquency prevention and treatment activities. L. 107–273, set out as an Effective Date of 2002 Amendment note under section 11101 of this title.
