(a) Jurisdiction to maintain a registryEach jurisdiction shall maintain a jurisdiction-wide sex offender registry conforming to the requirements of this subchapter.
(b) Guidelines and regulationsThe Attorney General shall issue guidelines and regulations to interpret and implement this subchapter.
