The corporation and its subordinate corps have the exclusive right to use the name “National Woman’s Relief Corps, Auxiliary to the Grand Army of the Republic”. The corporation has the exclusive right to use and to allow others to use seals, emblems, and badges the corporation adopts. (Pub. L. 105–225, Aug. 12, 1998, 112 Stat. 1429.)
