The corporation and its councils, organizations, chapters, and affiliates have the exclusive right to use the names “United Service Organizations, Incorporated” and “USO” and seals, emblems, and badges the corporation adopts. The words “lawfully” and “in carrying out its purposes” are omitted as unnecessary.
