The corporation has the exclusive right to use the names “The Vietnam Veterans of America, Inc.”, “Vietnam Veterans of America, Inc.”, and “Vietnam Veterans of America”, and seals, emblems, and badges the corporation adopts. The words “established or” are omitted as included in “vested”.
