L. 107–314 by Pub. L. 108–136, div. C, title XXXI, § 3141(k)(4)(A)–(C), Nov. 24, 2003, 117 Stat. 1783, and transferred to former section 2783 of Title 50, War and National Defense. See section 6324 of Title 10, Armed Forces.
