Section, Pub. L. 88–164, title IV, § 402, Oct. 31, 1963, 77 Stat. 297; Pub. L. 89–105, § 2(a), Aug. 4, 1965, 79 Stat. 427, provided for State standards for variable Federal share of cost. Statutory Notes and Related Subsidiaries Effective Date of RepealPub. L. 91–211, title I, § 104, Mar. 13, 1970, 84 Stat. 55, provided that the repeal by that section is effective with respect to projects under subchapter II of this chapter or part A of subchapter III of this chapter approved after June 30, 1970.
