All the provisions of sections 641, 642 and 643 11 See References in Text note below. of this title are extended to the States of New Mexico and Arizona, and the said States upon complying with the provisions of said sections shall be entitled to have and receive all of the benefits therein conferred upon the States. (Feb. 18, 1909, ch. 150, § 1, 35 Stat. 638.) Editorial Notes References in TextSection 643 of this title, referred to in text, was repealed by Pub. L. 94–579, title VII, § 704(a), Oct. 21, 1976, 90 Stat. 2792. Statutory Notes and Related Subsidiaries Effective DateAct Feb. 18, 1909, ch. 150, § 2, 35 Stat. 639, provided: “That this Act [enacting this section] shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.”
