Editorial Notes Codification Sections 366 to 367, which related to registers at land offices, were omitted in view of Reorg. Plan No. 3 of 1946, § 403, eff. July 16, 1946, 60 Stat. 1100, set out in the Appendix to Title 5, Government Organization and Employees, which abolished the office of land register and transferred its functions to the Secretary of the Interior. Section 366, act Oct. 9, 1942, ch. 584, § 2, 56 Stat. 779, which related to registers at land offices at Anchorage, Nome, and Fairbanks, was subsequently repealed by Pub. L. 89–554, § 8(a), Sept. 6, 1966, 80 Stat. 651. Section 366a, act Oct. 9, 1942, ch. 584, § 3, 56 Stat. 779, which related to additional registers, was subsequently repealed by Pub. L. 89–554, § 8(a), Sept. 6, 1966, 80 Stat. 651. Section 367, act Oct. 9, 1942, ch. 584, § 4, 56 Stat. 779, related to duties of registers.
