F, title LXIV, § 6405(c), Dec. 18, 2025, 139 Stat. 1619, provided that: “The amendment made by this subsection [probably should be “section”, repealing this section] shall take effect on the date that is 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act [Dec. 18, 2025].”
Termination of Office of EngagementPub. L. 119–60, div. F, title LXIV, § 6405(a), Dec. 18, 2025, 139 Stat. 1619, provided that: “The Director of National Intelligence shall take such actions as may be necessary to terminate and wind down the operations of the Office of Engagement before the date specified in subsection (c) [see Effective Date of Repeal note above].”
