Section 386c, act Feb. 23, 1929, ch. 299, 45 Stat. 1256, extended provisions of agricultural experiment station program to Alaska. See section 361a of this title.
Sections 386d to 386f, acts Mar. 4, 1931, ch. 499, §§ 1–3, 46 Stat. 1520, 1521; May 17, 1932, ch. 190, 47 Stat. 158, provided for establishment of an experiment station in Puerto Rico, authorized appropriations and an increase in permanent annual appropriations.
