Among the top Colorado incumbents with FEC filings, Hickenlooper leads with $6,818,283 raised. Evans follows at $4,259,928, and Jason Crow (District 6) has raised $2,565,978. Joseph Neguse (District 2) has brought in $2,238,812. Diana DeGette (District 1) has raised $977,168.

Challengers, however, are competitive in several races. Laubacher (the top fundraiser in the entire state) is a challenger, not an incumbent. Manny Rutinel (District 8, challenger) has raised $3,479,360, putting him ahead of most incumbents. Trisha Calvarese (District 4, challenger) has raised $2,214,982.

The data suggests that in Colorado's most contested districts, 2026 election donations are flowing heavily to challengers as well as incumbents, a sign of how competitive several seats are expected to be.

Kelaidis, as a challenger with no current FEC record, has not yet entered that financial picture.
