Who's In the Race
Republican Chuck Gray faces Democrat Lisa Kinney, Libertarian Shawn Johnson and Constitution Party candidate Jeff Haggit in the Nov. 3 general election in Wyoming's at-large U.S. House District. The seat is held by Rep. Harriet Hageman (R-WY), who announced she would run for U.S. Senate in 2026 rather than seek another House term.
Gray has served as Wyoming Secretary of State since 2023, overseeing statewide election administration, and previously served in the Wyoming House of Representatives from 2017 to 2023. He won the Republican primary over runner-up Steve Friess in a 12-candidate field; a vote share was not reported for Gray.
Kinney was born and raised in Laramie and has worked as a librarian, attorney, and financial adviser, and served 10 years in the Wyoming State Senate. She won the Democratic primary with about 78 percent of the vote, running unopposed.
