130 RWSC is a NON-profit texas regional water supply corporation organized under chapters 67 and 49 of the texas water code. The organization's purpose is to provide water supply and wastewater services to its members. The provision of water and wastewater services may involve the production, acquisition, treatment, transportation, conveyance, wheeling, storage, distribution and delivery of water and wastewater; and the acquisition, construction, extension, improvement, expansion, ownership, operation, maintenance, repair & replacement of necessary facilities, appurtenances & property interests.
