199 hunting park corporation (the "corporation") is a not-for-profit corporation serving the hispanic community of north philadelphia as a component of broader community development work. The corporation OWNS a campus bordered by 5th street, WEST bristol street, 3rd street and WEST hunting park avenue. The campus has two buildings which are leased to nueva esperanza, INC., esperanza academy charter school, eastern north philadelphia workforce development corporation and other tenants for service businesses.
