Providing healthcare services for the low-income residents of Santa Ana, California and the surrounding areas in Orange County California is Access Community Health Center's first priority. Services will be provided for all patients regardless of ability to pay, race, nationality, creed, sex, or age. Our services will consist of a range of primary care services across the lifecycle such as screenings, treatments, immunizations, physicals, chronic disease management, and other health issues that can be addressed in an outpatient setting.
