Adelante's mission is to support people with disabilities, disadvantages, and seniors as they discover and implement their personal goals in life. The agency has innovated and expanded to meet the needs and goals of people with disabilities for over 45 years. Adelante currently provides employment, vocational and life skills training, residential services, assistive equipment, and volunteer opportunities for people with disabilities and seniors across new mexico within a social enterprise model of management.
