Providing individuals with disabilities and special needs such as advocacy, services, programs and other means necessary to improve their quality of life and to enable them to seek and achieve self-sufficiency within and integrate into the community and to provide assistance to veterans with housing, identifying and accessing benefits and resources for which they are eligible, meeting thier career and/or educational goals and other aspects of their life to ensure a successful transition into civilian life.
