The objects and purposes of this corporation are, either directly or through subsidiaries or partnerships, to administer the practice of medicine, to manage ambulatory care services and other clinical services, and to acquire and administer funds and property, which after the payment of necessary expenses, shall be devoted exclusively to the charitable, scientific, and educational missions of augusta university and its nonprofit affiliates.
