To provide housing and supportive services to people living with HIV/AIDS and to advocate on their behalf. Our housing programs and community services are designed to provide a continuum of care that serves as a national model.our services include housing, case management and other programs that strive to reduce HIV incidences, increase access to care and optimize health outcomes and reduce health disparities and homelessness.
