Bayaud enterprises, founded in 1969 to alleviate barriers to self-sufficiency for adults living with mental health and other disabilities, now also serves metro denver adults and families from other underserved populations. We believe nothing is more fundamental to economic self-sufficiency than employment. Bayaud offers culturally responsive, trauma-informed interventions to improve outcomes for our constituents. These include mental health and substance misuse counseling, resource navigation, benefits acquisition support, adult education, job readiness training, and job placement services, including paid work experience for adults experiencing homelessness who CAN access mobile laundry and shower services and our food pantry to reduce food insecurity.
