To enhance the performing arts in northern new jersey and to aid, produce, present and to make ANY and ALL arrangements necessary, or desirable in connection therewith, musical concerts, recitals, and productions of every kind and nature, including, but not limited to, vocal and instrumental concerts, recitals, operas, and ballets and to solicit, accept, administer, and disburse gifts, grants, and bequests of property of every kind or to hold said property in trust in such a manner as the corporatin deems appropriate for the furthering of the purpsoes of the corporation.
