BETA theta PI fraternity is formed for the purpose of the promotion of the relations between students of various colleges and universities; and the perpetuation of a fraternity that recognizes mutual assistance in the honorable labors and aspirations of life; unsullied friendship, unfaltering fidelity and the cultivation of intellect, as objects worthy of the highest AIM and purposes of associated efforts; and the holding and control of such real and personal property as the foregoing objects may render expedient
