Brethren care, INC., which is a licensed home for the aging in the state of OHIO, operates a retirement community consisting of a 79 BED long-term nursing care facility, 26 independent living units, a 47 BED assisted living facility, a 62 apartment independent/congregate/assisted living facility and 3 five BED units for memory impaired residents.
