The charitable housing activities of BBB are specifically designed to improve housing conditions for the poor, distressed, and underprivileged within the meaning of Reg.1.501c3-1d2. In addition to the beneficiaries it will serve, BBBs housing activities will promote social welfare, combat community deterioration.
