Brighter beginnings was formed to provide various perinatal services to eligible recipients throught the use of a network of case management service agencies and in-house staff. Birghter beginnings offers its services to eligible recipents in alameda and contra costa counties. Brighter beginnings designates a federally qualified health center by the federal health resources and services administration agency, and currently operates primary in contra costa county.
