This corporation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, including, without limitation, receiving and administering funds for charitable and educational purposes and to foster national amateur sports competition. The charitable and educational purposes of this corporation shall include the instruction and training of athletes in the community of byron, minnesota (and surrounding communities), in manners which produce the highest level of amateur football competition at elementary and secondary grade levels while maintaining the highest degrees of participation, sportsmanship, and methods of physical conditioning so as to improve and develop such student athlete's football achievements and capabilities, and directing and conducting football events and competitions to foster national amateur football competition.
