About
The california immigrant policy center (CIPC) was founded more than 25 years AGO by a collaborative of organizations in response to the 1996 passage of harmful federal immigration and welfare LAWS. Now, CIPC is a statewide organization that leads, develops, and advances PRO-immigrant policies. It is powered by a staff of policy experts, advocates, and regional partners spanning southern and northern california, the central coast, and the central valley. CIPC's mission is to uphold the humanity of immigrant communities in california by transforming systems to achieve racial, social, and economic justice.
