Capital Manor is a continuing care, non-profit organization committed to meeting the physical, social, emotional and spiritual needs of our residents. They do this by providing quality residential housing along with a wide array of services, amenities and programs that complement residents' current lifestyle, while preserving their privacy and assuring care of the highest quality, especially in our on-site residential care facility and memory care.
