Catholic eldercare provides a full continuum of care for seniors. Our goal is to support each person throughout the remainder of their lives in a holistic way. We provide care in partnership with family, church and community in as least restrictive setting as possible, and with the greatest degree of self-determination consistent with each individual's health and safety.
