The center for discovery endowment fund, INC. Was formed exclusively to (i) provide support and assistance through financial aid to the center for discovery, INC., a new YORK state not-for-profit corporation, (II) to promote knowledge and awareness of programs and services provided by the center for discovery, INC. And (III) to enter into contracts and agreements and do ANY ACTS or things incidental to or in connection with the advancement thereof.
