The organization is a public charter school authorized by BALL state university; a military-style academy for girls and BOYS that focuses on a college preparatory curriculum of liberal arts and sciences. The organization is tuition-free and open to ANY student in the state of indiana, regardless of race, AGE, SEX, national origin or disability. The academy is guided by both the letter and the spirit of title VI of the civil rights ACT, title IX of the higher education ACT of 1972, section 504 of the rehabilitation ACT of 1973, and the americans with disabilities ACT of 1990.
