The objects of the central states joint board are to assist local unions in administering their affairs in carrying out organizing efforts in providing accounting, legal, secretarial and other services to better ABLE the local unions to represent their members, as well as to improve the economic and social advancement of the workers and to carry out recognized trade union objectives.
