CHA general services, INC. Formerly known as whidden memorial hospital, INC. (the "organization"), is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the cambridge public health commission d/b/a cambridge health alliance ("CHA"), a public health system created by and existing pursuant to special ACT of the massachusetts legislature. The organization provides management and support personnel to and holds the real estate for its parent CHA, in furtherance of CHA's mission. CHA is the legal entity that is licensed to operate healthcare facilities and provide health related services to the communities it serves.
