The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational and scientific purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3), 170(c)(2)(b), 2055(a)(2) and 2522(a)(2) of the internal revenue code. The corporation's activities shall be in furtherance of the purposes SET forth in section 509(a)(3)(a) of the code; that is, the corporation is organized and at ALL times shall be operated exclusively for the benefit of, to perform the functions of, and/or to carry out the purposes of CNS international ministries, INC.
