Cchhmc will provide an appropriate venue in the continuum of care for patients requiring an extended stay in an acute care setting and who reside in or around abilene, texas. Cchhmc is established to provide long term, acute care services to individuals with critical disease or as a "hospital with-in a hospital". It is the mission of cchhmc to enhance community health through services with compassion, caring, accountability, respect, and empathy.
