The objectives of the club shall be to promote and encourage an interest in GOLF, other sports, social activities and good fellowship; and to establish and maintain a suitable clubhouse and other buildings, grounds and premises for the use and entertainment of members of the club and their guests as a private club including suitable grounds for GOLF, tennis courts and other outdoor and indoor sports, a restaurant, and ALL usual accessories of a country club. The club is a not-for-profit corporation existing in accordance with the not-for-profit corporation law, exclusively for a purpose or purposes, not for pecuniary profit or financial GAIN and no part of the club's assets, income or profit shall be distributable to, or inure to the benefit of ANY of its members, governors or officers, except to the extent permitted by the not-for-profit corporation law.
