Child development centers, INC. (CDC) is a 54-year-old NON-profit organization that provides child care and early childhood education for more than 1,800 children at 15 sites in venango, crawford, and ERIE counties, in northwestern pennsylvania. CDC's mission is "educating children to succeed."
