The mission of children's friend and service (the organization) is to be the innovative leader in improving the well-being and healthy development of rhode island's most vulnerable young children. They accomplish this by providing flexible and effective culturally relevant services and advocating for programs and policies that support and strengthen children and their families. The organization accomplishes its mission through a variety of programs and services as described below
