To provide diagnostic services to children with emotional, behavioral,or intellectual disorders and fosters the welfare of the child and their family in ANY appropriate manner, provides consultation services to agencies in the community which provide services to children, furthers the welfare of the child by maintaining an interest in the community-wide program for domestic care and education, provides educational services in the field of mental health to secular and professional groups, and pursues research in the AREA of clinical study of children for residents of wilkes-barre, PA and the surrounding communities.
