Christwood's mission is to help seniors live with dignity, independence and the assurance of needed physical, spiritual and medical care. Utilizing the "continuing care" model, christwood recognizes the needs of seniors to have access to integrated services ranging along a continuum from independent living to nursing care. Within this continuum, a range of living options are available to address the physical, social, psychological and emotional needs. Educational, recreational, social, and cultural events are available on a voluntary participation basis to residents as an integral part of community life. Levels of care are provided to reflect the varying levels of intensity of care needed to meet changing supportive and health care needs of the residents. ALL applications for residency are considered equally without regard to an individual's marital status, race, SEX, creed, or national origin.
