The corporation is organized and operated for the purpose of providing immediate assistance to victims of natural disasters within the united states. The corporation focuses its relief primarily on the continental u.s. But the board of directors has the authority to extend those efforts to other areas if so needed. ALL assets and earnings are used exclusively for this purpose, including payments of expenses. No part of the NET earnings or donations for the corporation are for the benefit of or distribution to its directors, except that the corporation is authorized to pay reasonable compensation for services rendered and to make payments and distributions in furtherance of the purpose SET forth above. We help victims which for the most part, have lost their earthly possessions, have been displaced to the extent that they are homeless and in need of daily food and clothing. We propose to be an immediate responder to these situations, hoping to arrive with relief as soon as possible
